Using This Website
By using this website you agree to these terms. The content is general information for Australian households. It is not personal, financial or legal advice, so please check anything that matters to you with us or with a qualified adviser.
Where We Work
We design and install in Perth and surrounding suburbs, Western Australia. If your address is outside our area we will tell you honestly rather than send installers halfway across the state.
Assessments, Designs and Quotes
A written design is based on an assessment of your roof, switchboard and electricity bills. The price, and how long it stays valid, are stated in the document we send you.
Nothing is booked, and no work starts, until you accept the written design.
Rebates and Incentives
Federal and WA incentives are set by governments and can change. Figures on this website were last checked on 29 October 2026 and link to the official source. They are general information, not a promise that you will qualify.
Where we have agreed to, we prepare the paperwork on your behalf.
Savings, Output and Backup
We do not promise savings. Solar output, bill reductions and battery backup depend on your tariff, usage, roof, weather and switchboard.
Battery backup covers the circuits we agree with you in writing, which is not necessarily the whole house.
Accreditation and Products
Our designers and installers are accredited with Solar Accreditation Australia, and we use products from the Clean Energy Council approved lists. You can check any installer with the accreditation status check.
Messages and Enquiries
Sending an enquiry or a WhatsApp message does not create a contract. Please give us accurate details, and do not send card numbers or passwords.
Intellectual Property
The content, logos and designs on this website belong to Sunroof Solar or its licensors. Please ask before you copy or reuse them.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limits on Our Responsibility
This website is provided as general information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on it. This does not limit anything we owe you under a written contract for installation work.
Third-Party Links
We link to government and other third-party websites so you can check the source. We do not control their content.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you and Sunroof Solar submit to the courts of Western Australia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and will show the date at the top. This version was last updated on 2 November 2026.
